Cringeworthy Videos Released of Morgan Freeman Making Creepy Passes At Women: ‘Boy, Do I Wish I Was There’ (Mediaite)
A couple of videos released by HLN and Chicago’s WGN-TV have shed more light on the allegations against actor Morgan Freeman.
HLN reports that Tyra Martin, an entertainment producer at WGN-TV in Chicago, sat down with Freeman over half a dozen times over the course of a decade to discuss his films, and thereby became accustomed to his mannerisms. He allegedly repeatedly made comments about her appearance and, in one video produced by WGN, he appeared to be flirting with her. But Martin told CNN that she was “in on the joke” until one incident where Freeman went too far.
“When I stood up, I pulled my skirt part of my dress down and he did say, ‘Oh, don’t pull it down now.'” Martin said. “That gave me pause but I never felt uncomfortable.”
