Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, was identified as the suspect who was arrested after allegedly pointing an AK-47 assault rifle at former President Trump at his golf course, according to law enforcement sources.
Trump was golfing at the time, Routh was spotted several holes ahead of Trump.
