Dem Senator: Trump Cabinet Is Made Up Of People Who Have Done Things (NTK Network)
On Tuesday, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) appeared on Fox Business Network’s “Cavuto: Coast to Coast” to discuss President-Elect Donald Trump’s cabinet.
“President-elect Trump has put people around him, whether you agree or disagree politically, have run things. They’ve done things. They’re not just picked out of thin air,” Manchin told Cavuto about Trump’s cabinet picks.
As for Trump’s pick for Energy Secretary, former Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX), Manchin said: “Rick was the governor of one of the largest states we have in our country for more than anybody else, ten years.”
