It costs a million dollars to keep these people in jail. The only problem, he lied to people. He sold people on lies, he told people this criminal got arrested for a bag of marijuana, no big deal. If there is much more to the story. If you check prop 57, the majority of criminals, they are sex offenders, child molesters, human trafficking, with minors, assault with a deadly weapon.
