INSLEE: "I believe the President as we've seen his comments in the last two weeks is forcing the U.S. Congress to bring impeachment proceedings, to give them no choice. And when a president says that there was clear interference of our election cycle and when he says that it is fine with him, when he says apparently he will do it again, there's really no other choice."
