GRAHAM: "We’re going to come up with a way to slow the growth. So there’s a lot of games to be played in Medicaid. I want to keep Medicaid in place for the poor. I want to give more flexibility to the governors. One size does not fit all. I want an inflation rate for Medicaid that’s more sustainable that’s not a result of games. So Democrats, when they propose slowing the growth rate down for Medicare and Medicaid, it is good government. When a Republican proposes it, we’re trying to kill people. It is a game being played up here, and I will tell everybody listening that if we don’t reform Medicare and Medicaid, they are going to collapse and take the whole country with them.”
