JEFFRIES: "Let’s think about what the Affordable Care Act has been able to do for the American people. More than 20 million previously uninsured Americans now have coverage as a result of ObamaCare. No American can get kicked off of their health care because of a pre-existing condition. We have younger Americans who can now stay on their parents’ insurance plan all the way to the age of 26. These are things that the American people embraced. It’s going to be very difficult for Republicans to repeal and replace, particularly when we don’t see an actual credible plan has been put forth.”
