Huckabee: Trump ‘Should Just Say He Had a Cold and So He Didn’t Mean It’
‘Every time he has a meeting even with some Republicans they aren’t necessarily going to be his friend and people love to go and tell what they heard’

EXCERPT:

HUCKABEE: "Well, first of all, he should just say he had a cold and so he didn’t mean it and take the Dianne Feinstein version. Look, if he said that, then Melania should have fed him a bar of ivory soap for breakfast this morning. But if he didn’t say it, then there were other people in the room that can verify that he didn't say it and they need to come forward. But this president has to understand that every time he has a meeting, even with some Republicans, they aren’t necessarily going to be his friend and people love to go and tell what they heard. That’s why confidentiality is the key ingredient to someone that he puts in, as Robert DeNiro would call in that movie, his circle of trust. And there are very few people who can be in that. Therefore, he has to be careful what he says because it is distracting from getting this deal done."
