ISSA: "Well, this is a governor who has taken a surplus and turned it into a 22-plus billion dollar deficit who now wants to pile on some additional costs. He has not seen a spending bill, he doesn't want to adhere to. And at the same time, he is saying the highest tax date 13.3% just in income tax alone should have to raise its taxes so somebody will pay their fair share. I have no idea who that somebody is that is not repaying their fair share of our taxes."
