Now, here it was referred to the FBI’s office of professional responsibility. We don’t know whether there’s a criminal referral yet. There maybe there may not be but it goes to the FBI and its office of professional responsibility concurs with the department’s ig and recommends that Mccabe be fired. Now if this were FBI special agent John Smith, nobody would take notice of it and I think that’s exactly what happened here. "
