Yes, they offer some degree of centrism and they both have a lot of experience, but I don’t know if that’s what independent voters are looking for. Yeah, there is a constituency for Joe Manchin and Romney among good government types but I really think that not only would they not win but they probably would risk tipping the votes and take out more votes away from Joe Biden and probably hand the election to somebody like Donald Trump."
