Democratic Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear won reelection on Tuesday night, defeating former Acting Attorney General Daniel Cameron in a race Republicans were keen on winning.
Cameron was a favorite of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), whose super PAC spent money on his behalf, as did Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-KY).
