That’s what you just heard general Kelly say. That’s a policy that means if the Chinese have to calculate, it could be a bluff. But the Chinese and the north Korea is going to have to calculate that that is a plausible threat and what will they do. I think what could happen at a minimum, which would put a damper on the crisis, the Chinese imposing a freeze on the program. It could be that they won’t be able to get them to dis mantle it, but a freeze might be acceptable as a minimum."
