In case you haven't noticed, President Obama is currently making "history" in Cuba.
Since his trip began, the president, members of his administration, and the accompanying press have taken to using the word "historic" practically every sentence.
Amidst the fanfare, we would just like to note that Cuba remains a communist-run totalitarian state, a trade embargo remains between our two nations, and the Cuban government's behavior towards America is just as belligerent as before "normalization."
So we'll leave it to future historians to determine whether Obama's junket qualifies as "historic."
