MSNBC: Pelosi Bails on Tax Cut Protest After Few Show Up (The Washington Free Beacon)
MSNBC reported on a futile protest of that Republican tax reform bill that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) skipped out on.
Reporter Garret Haake was on the scene of a protest and said that "these protests have never been like what we saw with the healthcare law."
"This particular protest was supposed to start at 3:00," Haake said at 3:10 p.m. on Capitol Hill. "Supposed to feature Nancy Pelosi and supposed to have hundreds of people, and none of those things are going to end up being true."
