EXCERPT:
KIRSCHNER: “You know, I think we’ve all concluded that the Department of Justice, if they are moving in the direction of indictments, we’re always going to wait until after the midterms. I can quibble with that decision because Donald Trump is not on the ballot. But so be it. I expect that we should start to see some indictments drop by the first of the year. Can we guarantee that? No. But it does seem to be keeping in course with some of the legal developments we’ve seen, regarding the Department of Justice subpoenaing its way up the chain, getting closer and closer to Donald Trump’s most immediate advisers or former advisers. So — and Steve Bannon, I think we should all stop listening to him. The only thing he contributes to any conversation is carbon dioxide. Other than that, he doesn’t contribute anything and I wouldn’t credit anything he says.”
