We didn’t take the actions we would have taken. And right now we’re dealing with the consequences of it. As we convene with the United Nations and climate week in New York City, we broke 10,000 records around the world. The climate is in deep distress. Ask the folks in California, every single one, Democrats and Republicans, would agree. They may not agree on global warming, climate science, but their own eyes, their lived experience.”
