President Obama, speaking today in Buenos Aires, addressed criticisms he chose attend a baseball game with Raul Castro instead of coordinating America's response to the Brussels terrorist attacks. Attending the game, he said, shows we will not be shaken by such atrocities.

"It is very important for us to not respond with fear," Obama said. "We defeat them in part by saying, 'You are not strong, you are weak.'"

"We send a message to those who might be inspired by them to say you are not going to change our our values of liberty and openness,” he said.
