We are making people buy something they don’t want or can’t afford. Obviously we are in favor of repealing the individual mandate but we didn’t want to needlessly complicate the passage of text reform given we do not have the votes before to get this to the Senate. We want to see this article first and see if they can get that done. Then we will discuss whether or not it gets included at the end."
