FOWLER: “To the victor goes the spoils, so I’m happy that the Trump Administration is rolling back many of the protections put up under Obama. Out of all of them there is one that I think is particularly alarming, which is the clean waterways. What this rule said was that we have to make sure waterways were of drinking quality. With the rollback of this, it means 117 million Americans are in jeopardy of not having clean water to drink. If you remember a couple of years ago, there was a fracking accident in northern West Virginia that left a lot of those individuals without clean water to drink from their tap. It also happened in Flint, Michigan and East Chicago, Indiana — “
