PORTMAN: "I don’t know what that would entail. I assume there something behind that, I don’t -- I don't support the House passed bill. So, obviously I'm not going to support that bill, but if it’s a process to get to a replacement, you know, then I'm -- as I said all along, I’m willing to work with members of my party and Democrats to try to figure out a good replacement bill."
