GILLIBRAND: "Well let's say the line is here and it's all bad. Let's just say all of it is unacceptable. (Applause) And that we should not have people in Congress that act this way. And we need a far more broad conversation about accountability and transparency, and I'm going to hope to be part of that conversation."
