But this is something that we certainly have to discuss, because it’s clear that I think across the board in the Democratic Party we need new leadership. It's time for a new generation of leadership in the party. Most of the veterans that I’m working with are very young. That’s the kind of generational change that I think our party needs. Everyone talks about how old and distinguished our party leadership is. These are very accomplished politicians, they're good at what they do, but I think it's time for a change and these election results show that."
