The the president commandeered a Justice Department to do something that the Alaska Supreme Court already decided back in June, the Alaska Supreme Court determined who would be rightfully on ballots before a single ballot was printed. And now, as alaskans are actually voting, the department is filing this totally meritless lawsuit that I expect a court will very quickly throw out.”
