WARREN: “2 cents. Because now comes the fun part. What can we do with 2 cents in America? I'll tell you exactly what we can do. First, we can have universal childcare for every baby in this country age zero to five. Hundred percent of them.

Yeah. Universal pre-K for every three-year-old and four-year-old in this country.
(Applause)
Raise the wages of every preschool teacher and childcare worker in America.
(Applause)
We can do all of that, but I’m not through yet. All of that for two cents, plus we can make technical school, two-year college, four-year college tuition-free for every person who wants to get an education.
(Applause)
Plus, we can level the playing field, put $50 billion into our historically black colleges and universities.
(Applause)
Yeah. And I’m still not through. We can do all of that and cancel student loan debt for 95% of the folks who've got student loan debt.

Think about that. Two cents. And by the way, we would still have a couple of hundred billion left over if we did that. That tells you how far off this economy has gotten."
