WATERS: "That’s typical of this president. That’s what’s so abnormal about him. He continues to go down a road to say things where nobody is going to believe him. He’s lying. Everybody knows he twice to divert and distract and get people off the issue. He wants everybody to believe he told the truth when he said he was wiretapped. He’s trying to substitute that now for being under surveillance. It doesn’t work. He needs to quit it. He needs to stop it. This is a president who has shown he does not have what it takes to lead this country. As a matter of fact, I’ve never heard a president of the United States been called a liar as much as he’s been called a liar by practically everybody. He just does not have credibility."
