That is the fundamental basis of our democracy and that what we need right now is the kind of leadership that in spite of what we see the Republicans trying to do and be obstructionist and they are the leaders of this or that fundamentally, we have to use the power that has been given by the people to the people, and the Democratic Party at this point, that we have to tap into the power that the Senate has this majority to be able to use every tool available to say that his administration is going to center the most fundamental, powerful tool in holding up a democracy and that is the right to vote.”
