BROWN: “You know, I think the next move is -- I think when we are looking at what is happening in the Senate right now, we are going to have to end the filibuster. You know, I just don’t anticipate the Republicans have enough integrity or courage that they would literally stand voting rights matter, in fact, they have been quite opened about not only the racism but they've been very open about their intention to really be able shut the process, to close the process so that all Americans are not participating. And so I think what we’re going to have to do is we’re going to have to see the Senate, they are going to have to end the filibuster so that we can get some sweeping changes made in this country that is going to expand it for all Americans.”
