GARRETT: "In our new CBS News poll, let's see, three-quarters of Americans say that this was, to them, a serious matter. A total of 76 percent of Americans also said the use of the app to discuss military plans was, to their way of thinking, not appropriate. And that included eight in 10 independents and more than half of Republicans surveyed."
