The president is arguing that all of his tariffs are an emergency but I think the court is going to focus to a great extent on the meaning of emergency keep segment vento and drugs pouring across the border and somein some arguable sense t an emergency but all of these other tariffs on Europe, Canada, reciprocal tariffs are about goods where the deck and fall under the heading of a national emergency I think is a real stretch."
