That’s how long it’s been since the shooter opened fire at Marjory Stoneham Douglas high school, a gun he never should have had in the first place. Teachers and students were shot in cold blood in a school where they should have been safe. Five days of anguish cries from parents and students demanding somebody do something. And what has the president done? Nothing. Nothing to protect Americans from the next shooter. And the next. And the next. Because this will keep happening. Innocent Americans will keep dying until we have the courage to put their lives ahead of politics.
