LEWIS: “He did. That’s a good point. But people need to know that, in my experience, both 20 plus years defending people and 15 plus years as a prosecutor, people plead guilty for all different reasons. You see people plead guilty as a matter of convenience because they just want to end the case, or it's too much, too costly to defend the case. So there's a lot of reasons and I think the review process was appropriate in this case, and dismissal I think was appropriate.”
