Hillary Steals Joke from Jimmy Kimmel in Widely Mocked Anti-Trump Tweet

Hillary claimed a letter she was posting came ‘from the archives,’ when it really came from a late-night show

Hillary Clinton somehow managed to be both unfunny and unoriginal.

Sunday afternoon the former First Lady tweeted what she no doubt thought would be a popular joke at the expense of President Trump. With Trump’s letter to Turkey’s Erdogan recently a topic of public fascination, Clinton posted another supposed presidential correspondence.

Writing “From the archives,” Clinton embedded a letter John K. Kennedy allegedly wrote to the then USSR premier, Nikita Khrushchev.

The letter reads:

Dear Premier Khruschev,

Don’t be a dick, ok? Get your missiles out of Cuba. Everybody will say “Yay! Khruschev! You’re the best!” But if you don’t everybody will be like “what an asshole” and call your garbage country “the Soviet Bunion.”

You’re really busting my nuts here.

Give you a jingle later.

Hugs,

John Fitzgerald Kennedy

The tweet elicited few laughs and lots of mockery as critics quickly noted it took her almost four das to come up with a response that was at best mildly amusing.

Worse, it was soon discovered Clinton is a joke thief, and the letter originally appeared in a recent episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
