RUSH EXCERPT:
TURLEY: "First of all, there is a legitimate objection to how the Department of Justice has handled past investigations against people like Hillary Clinton. There are many people that believe that she should have been charged. But, each case stands on its own when it goes to court. The selective prosecution arguments are not likely to be raised successfully in court. Judges don’t like it look at motivational questions in motions to dismiss. There may be a case for inconsistency."
