Juan Williams: ICE Cannot Be Judge, Jury and Executioner in the Milwaukee Judge Case

‘The judge’s responsibility is to maintain justice and decorum in her court’
By Grabien Staff

EXCERPT:

WILLIAMS: “I think both are true. I think it is firing up the left. I think you heard from the man we just listened to in the clip, but also to the mayor. And I think their argument, Bret, is that ICE cannot be judge, jury and executioner. In this case, the argument is the judge’s responsibility is to maintain justice and decorum in her court so that witnesses, defendants and, you know, people who have been involved with crimes don’t think that going to the courthouse means that you are going to a hunting ground for ICE. And answer to your second question, the Fox poll that came out this week said that a majority, a clear majority of Americans think that the court system has the right to stand up to Trump’s efforts in terms of aggressive mass deportations.”
