‘I haven’t studied this, I don’t know’
By Grabien Staff

EXCERPT:

CORNYN: "No one suggests that a 20-week old fetus can live independently outside the mother’s womb. Do they?"
JACKSON: "I don’t know."
CORNYN: "I mean, you need — the child will need to be fed, sheltered and all the other essentials to sustain human life. So there’s no suggestion that after 20 weeks, that a child can live independently, correct?"
JACKSON: "Senator, I’m not a biologist, I haven’t studied this, I don’t know."
