It is going to say that it is extremely likely that human influence is the dominant cause of the observed warming since the 20th century and no convincing alternative explanation. What this administration has done and what has been the modus operandi for a few decades has been to confuse the public and claim that the science is not agreed upon, and this started with Exxon, right?"
MANN: "Well, absolutely. In fact, they tried to bury this report by having it come out on a Black Friday on a holiday weekend and did everything they could to bury the report, and there was fear that they would try to block the report from coming out, but in fact, it is congressionally mandated that it has to come out, and they tried to bury it over the holiday weekend, and the report lays out in stark terms what we know.”
