The department put a police commandant on leave and investigation for this downgrading question. I think there is a real reason to distrust the numbers there. But on your point about mayors, look at Muriel Bowser in D.C. She started out by saying this is outrageous. This is a terrible and now she’s like saying this search has not have been that bad. One reason is because the police department welcomes this with open arms. They are having trouble recruiting because of laws D.C. Has passed and make it tough for the police. They are putting pressure. And so the people in these districts that Jason talked about are seeing results too."
