EXCERPT:
STRASSEL: "This is a real problem, Paul. Were having a discussion about illegal and deportation this is a move by the administration to crack down legal immigration as well. In particular of a height skilled workers and here is the problem the administration argument is essentially issuing the use of visas is rubbing other Americans of the high skilled jobs. Very little actually supports that. We are not producing enough young Americans with the right skills to take on a lot of these positions. Just last year it issued hundreds of these visas for manufacturing engineers we are not producing those here. There is also economics. The unemployment rate for American workers in these fields is extremely low suggesting known is going wanting for a job. We just do not have enough people to fill these positions so you’re going to hurt companies. You’re going to rob the country at a very crucial time at a.I. And other breakthrough times of crucial mind power and it just seems like this is not a great idea.”
