‘I talk to Palisadians all the time’

RUSH EXCERPT:

BASS: "Right. Well, I mean, first of all, let me just acknowledge the fact that when you lose everything you have, it is devastating. And it is a, an incredible loss, not just of material things, but of memories and all of that. But I can tell you and I talked to Palisades all the time, a lot of Palisadians are not excited about spencer pratt and do not feel that he represents their neighborhood very well. Los Angeles is a very, very big city, and the wildfires had a big impact, that is for sure. But people do recognize that there are other issues. And let me just tell you, in terms of the Palisades, we have issued over 2600 permits for 1100 properties. We have 400 homes that are actively under construction now, and people are beginning to move back. If you compare that to other wildfires that have happened in the state of California, we are moving along quite quickly.”
