She’s on the scene that day for several minutes, before the ICE officer approaches their vehicle as they are trying to get out of the way. They are clearly trying to impede traffic but that’s actually part of the training and many of the stories we’ve done in the past, that this is, in fact, what they are doing. They are tracking their every move. The Minnesota “star tribune,” the largest newspaper here, blasts out ICE lotions and reports in a way that they are encouraging this behavior, and you would hear the anti-law enforcement rhetoric again coming from our leaders here. Also, the Minneapolis city council president was on the scene of a target today talking about how he ran off ICE officers in that parking lot. It’s just on repeat, the same rhetoric here."
