Former governor of Virginia and all-but-unannounced 2020 presidential candidate, Terry McAuliffe, said the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court threatens the lives of "millions" of Americans.
The former Clinton family fundraiser tweeted: "The nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh will threaten the lives of millions of Americans for decades to come and will morph our Supreme Court into a political arm of the right-wing Republican Party."

The tweet is being heavily "ratioed," a term Twitter users apply to tweets that have few supportive "favorites" and "retweets" but a lot of responses. Being ratioed usually means the tweet isn't resonating with the public. As the image above shows, 2.3 thousand people responded to the tweet, whereas only 158 retweeted it.
