I was in the state Senate when this law was being debated on the floor and I read story after story after story of women who would be impacted by this law, we had experts, we had doctors who came in to testify in committee so that legislators couldn‘t say they didn‘t know what the consequences would be. We knew and we warned them and now all of this is coming to light."
