We don't know if we get rapists, criminals, killers, we don't know anything. So we want to make sure of that. And what communities asking bring them to another place. It is not that we don't -- we don't want to help them and we don't want them in our community, it's give them -- treat them with dignity. We don't have no showers for them. Where are they going to eat? There's a lot of issues here that they need to be looked at.”
