But what I will say is that it is connected to what I did experience, which is a culture of fear, a culture of toxic behavior where the governor and the people who are closest to him in his inner circle not only con descend, but berate and belittle. They have fear that prevents people from doing their job and it prevents New Yorkers from receiving the leadership of the governor and his staff to serve the people of New York, but it prevents people from being able to enter a workplace and be safe.”
