RUSH EXCERPT:
BAKER: "Yeah. There is concern at the White House about this, of course. And I think this is why you see, you know, some of the pausing we’ve had, it hasn’t been going on every single night and it hasn’t gone on at the intensity that we saw at the beginning of the war. And one reason might be that your question about the the law of diminishing returns, you know, how much more of these can you these weapons can you use to achieve the goals you’re trying to achieve? And particularly concerning, of course, are the defensive weapons that are, you know, used by our allies in the region, the gulf states and so forth to defend themselves. And this has a cascading effect to to where Ambassador McFaul used to, to, to be, of course, in terms of the ability to supply weapons to Europeans who are willing to buy them for the Ukrainians to defend themselves against Russia. So there is a there is a wider impact here of what’s going on."
