Actual malice is the standard in the United States. We believe we can win against CNN, so I’m announcing on your show I will sue CNN for defamation. We're already winning in the Supreme Court of New York, we're the eighth plaintiff since 1964 to get past a motion to dismiss. I think a lot of people need to start suing the media for defamation.
