COMER: "Well, as I said earlier, every Democrat loves to create a new government agency, but I do think that we're going to have to have a point person at the very beginning that represents the administration, that hopefully has bipartisan support in Congress, that can work with both Republicans and Democrats to try to take the first steps to create a regulatory framework. If we do our jobs in Congress, we're going to have lots of committee hearings. We're going to have the four big CEOs come in, but we're also going to have other companies come in. We're going to hear from consumers. This is going to be a many months long process because everyone knows Congress does not operate at the speed of light.”
