Scholar Details How YouTube Is Censoring His Late Father’s Lectures for Not Adhering to Woke Speech Codes

‘His channel has been active for 15 years’

EXCERPT:

NICOLOSI JR.: "Hi, everyone, I’m Dr. Joseph Nicolosi, Jr., clinical psychologist and son of Dr. Nicolosi. YouTube has repeatedly banned videos on my father’s channel. His channel has been active for 15 years and had over a million views, but you wouldn’t know that by looking at it because they repeatedly ban his most popular videos. We fought back, and most recently, YouTube apologized and said they’re gonna put the channel back up. They put most of his videos up. I asked YouTube for an example of why they banned the videos and they gave me an example. They pointed to a talk that my father gave at Fuller Theological Seminary. He was in a debate, and during the debate he cited a book called 'This [Bleep]boy Syndrome' by Dr. Richard Green. This was — this book is based off of a 15-year prospective study examining boys who had been labeled feminine when they were young. So by naming the book, YouTube pointed to that and said, 'Oh, the name of the book is a slur and therefore hate speech, so we’re gonna ban this video.' In fact, at one point, they were going to ban the entire time channel for that before we disputed it. Soon after, YouTube apologized for banning the channel and said that it was an error, but then several days after that, re-banned it with no explanation. This kind of censorship appears consistent with the actions of activists, looking for excuses to ban speech each that they cannot argue with intellectually.”
