BLACKBURN: "I thought it was really quite stunning. And the fact that as I was talking with her about parental rights and the opportunity parents want to educate their children like they want to have them educated, whether they’re from the left or the right, and this CRT which focuses everything to a very narrow funnel, and the fact that this woke kindergarten teaches children as young as 5 years old to choose their gender. And so then, what I did when she — you know, we couldn’t get a straight answer out of her on that, so then I went to the VMI decision, which Ginsburg had written, the opinion in that, and she had said, when talking about a single sex school, there are inherent difference, enduring differences between male and female, man and woman. I asked Judge Jackson if she agreed with Justice Ginsburg in that writing, couldn’t really get an answer. So then I said, 'Well, give me the definition of woman,' and she said, 'I can’t.' I said, 'You mean it is so controversial that you can’t give me a definition of woman?' She said, 'I’m not a biologist.’"
